Travel Arrangements
Arrival date for Commercial and Cross-functional teams is January 21, and for the Head Office is Thursday January 25, 2024. All participants are scheduled to depart on Friday January 26.
** Once we have your information, you will be sent flight itineraries that have been predetermined based on previously set transfer schedules. Should you choose to extend your stay, you’ll be responsible for arranging and paying for your own transportation back to the airport, as well as handling any changes to your travel itinerary.**

If you are a member of a Commercial or Cross-functional team, your hotel room at the Marriott Château Champlain Montreal will be booked for the dates of Sunday January 21 to Thursday, January 25, 2024. For Head Office participants, the date is Thursday January 25.
** Any requests for hotel extensions prior or after the meeting must be made directly with the hotel after December 23, 2023. Group rate of 275$/night is available (2) days before, and (3) days after the official program dates. All extensions will be at your own expense and are subject to availability. Should you extend your stay, you will also be responsible for arranging your own return airport transfer. **
